US authorities provides Chinese language facial recognition companies to entity listing

A complete of 28 Chinese language organizations have been added to the US authorities’s “entity listing,” together with eight tech firms specializing in video surveillance, facial recognition and synthetic intelligence. The administration has successfully prohibited them from working with and shopping for from suppliers within the US over human rights considerations.
